Pattern Description:
Simple sheath dress and 3/4-length jacket.
Pattern Sizing:
Multi-sized: I chose the 16-22 size; cut out an 18.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?

Pattern Description: Long pants, crop pants, and short skirt all with fall-front opening (i.e. - sailor trouser opening)
Pattern Sizing: Regular multi-size Big-4: 18-20-22. I cut a 20, which was just about 1-2" larger than my measurements.

Finished. Done. Installed the elastic today -- used a "Scunchi" hairband - both thicker elastic, comes in brown to match my hair, and has a nice thread cover and a silicone line along one side to prevent slippage.

Update - 03/29
Wore this dress to a wedding Saturday. It was extremely comfortable - did not bind, pull, or shift at all. Received many compliments on it. Overall one of the most comfortable dresses I've ever made. The only thing I think I'll change will be maybe, maybe, move the 1/2" shoulder ...more... |
