Vogue Patterns - 7464 Vintage Hats
Finished. Done. Installed the elastic today -- used a "Scunchi" hairband - both thicker elastic, comes in brown to match my hair, and has a nice thread cover and a silicone line along one side to prevent slippage. Butterick - 5281 1946 Retro Dress
Update - 03/29 Wore this dress to a wedding Saturday. It was extremely comfortable - did not bind, pull, or shift at all. Received many compliments on it. Overall one of the most comfortable dresses I've ever made. The only thing I think I'll change will be maybe, maybe, move the 1/2" shoulder ...more...
