Pattern Sizing:
I made a 4 at the waist and a 6 at the hips, as per my measurements. The sizing seems accurate.
Fabric Used:

The dress is not hemmed yet. My usual hem assistant is unavailable at the moment but I thought I'd write the review while it's fresh in my mind. I will hem it just above the knee, which is 1-2" off.

I only used the bodice from this pattern but I hope the review is still useful.
Skirt is from Butterick 4443. It's getting to be a TNT pattern for me, although I have so far never used the bodice :-)
