Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, But I modified the bodice. See below.

Simplicity - 3678 Threads Magazine Collection
Pattern Description:
Knit dress with 3 bodice styles and 4 sleeve options, one of which is a sleeveless bodice.
Pattern Sizing:
8-16 (EUR 34-42) We used a highly-shrunk version of the size 8. This was the prototype for the same pattern made w/the red/black version.
