Pattern Description: Babies dress, top, panties and coat.
Pattern Sizing: Size XXS (7 lbs) to L (24 lbs). I made size small for my brand new grandaughter, Emma Rose. She is now 2 months old and 11 lbs, so I allowed for a little growth for this winter. I did cut 2" from the hem (she is short).
