How is the web site look & feel / user friendliness? Is it easy to surf?
Website easy to navigate, visually appealing, merchandise is clearly displayed. Detailed descriptions and clear and close photos. Items are thoroughly described as to fiber content, measurements, washing instructions, etc.

It\\\'s packed with features for a great price. I paid $250 plus tax at my dealer, who said it was a clearance price, but later saw it for $200 at another Brother dealer.
