This is View A --the six gore skirt with the flared ends.
I didn't make any alterations other than making it slightly shorter because I didn't have quite enough fabric. It's fits well except that the waist is a bit too large. I plan to add elastic to the back to draw it in a bit.

A nice pattern. The directions were good but I made modifications. I added sleeves and made the neckline straight across.
I did not line it (made full length knit slips for them to wear) and instead finished the neckline with a bias strip turned to the inside.

This is a knit top with a CB seam
I raised the armhole, changed the neckline, shortened the sleeves and added over 3 inches to the length.
It fits but as you can see from the photo of it on me it could really use a bust dart.
