Pattern Description:
This tunic looks very dressy indeed, with the empire waist, seam under scoring it's elegant style. narrow tie bands adorn the plunging (and yes it is!) v-neckline adjusting it as desired.

Pattern Description:
A 4 tops in one pattern, View A has a bubble bottom, View B has front Rosettes and View C has layered ruffles. I chose View D which has flounces on the front.
