Pattern Description:
1950's style halter dress. Simplicity used one of their 1950's patterns and re-released it as a modern pattern in multiple sizes. Unfortunately it's no longer in production, but there are still new copies for sale online.

I first sewed view D several years ago.
I sewed view A a couple of years ago in extreme hurry. I needed a 'modesty' top to wear under a satin shirt I was planning to wear that very night. I added the braid trim early this year, so that I could wear it without the other shirt.
