This is a fairly straightforward pattern to sew, with good instructions and tips as per most of La Fred's patterns. I chose some hot pink duppioni from my stash, and I'm pleased with the result. I think this blouse is reminiscent of the purple chiffon Prada blouse I've seen a lot this season.

There is not much to add to this much-reviewed, and yes, much-loved pattern. It is as advertised-very quick and easy to sew and oh so flattering.
