Simplicity - 6956 Hipster Pants
Pattern Description: Vintage 1967 Simplicity "Hipster Slacks" designed to ride 2 inches below the waist with a narrow leg.
Pattern Sizing:This pattern is sized by the chest, neck and waist size. The pattern I have is a 34" waist. I modified it to a 36" waist.
