Some of the gals took a sewing class from Islander's on factory short cut techniques for making shirts (similar to a Tommy Bahamas style shirt) These shirts are usually made in a Hawaiian style print and if you ever look at them the pockets of the print match up perfectly. Added pictures of the mounting board with "L" brackets, they are't screwed in but will show how easy it is to make a mounting board. It was much easier than I thought it would be :-)
