This jacket is the other part of my Mom's Day gift to my mother. She is a bit smaller than me so the front hang of the jacket isn't quite right on me.

This is my mother's day gift to my mother. She hasn't yet come by to do the fitting as she's only in town for a few days a month. So it doesn't look as tailored as it should.

I really love these pants! They fit right out of the envelope, I added a few inches to make them into slacks but other than that wow!

All things considered This pattern is god in my book. The shirt was killer, the pants fit, what more could you ask.

I made this dress (originally) for my mother who is a size 16/18, and so I cut an 18.
The pattern back said you could use matte jersey matterial, which I did. Clearly their idea of jersey and mine are a bit different. This "size 18" dress fits me, and I'm a 22!

Something to try in addition to a DTD, or just pictures to check your fit. If you have a webcam or a digital camera that will take short video put on the garment and take a short movie of you walking (both toward and away), sitting, crossing legs, raising arms (basic movement).
