Pattern Sizing:
3-8. This dress is a size 6. My daughter is 7, still wearing 6/6x. This pattern (besides the sleeves -- see below) ran VERY true-to-size.

8-16...I used 12 and then modified the neckline to be smaller and to fit closer to the body.
