I break all of the rules with this machine. I leave it idle for months at a time and then sit down to a mad sewing frenzy. (usually home dec stuff). Karen and her staff service my machines even though I only bought 2 of the 3 there. They answer sewing questions and offer lots of garment classes to go with them.

Ann's Fabrics
Purchased 2 machines there. Stupid me. They are all about the sale and no support.
They love to sell embroidery machines and then lots of expensive thread to go with them. Or quilting kits and rulers.
They offer no support for garment sewing or related topics. Only quilting and embroidery.
