I love, love, love the dual feed (IDT). That feature alone has made me a real fan (or should that be pfan) of Pfaff machines. No matter how finicky the fabric you're sewing, it feeds without a hitch. Hand basting
Did you get your money's worth after the purchase?
Absolutely! $3.85 for 1200 yards seems pretty inexpensive to me. That's probably a lifetime supply for me.

| Sewing Tip | 6/20/09 7:39 PM | Four Step Buttonhole/Bartack First
Ignore the instructions in your owners manual and do the bartack first. That way the last leg of your buuttonhole will line up perfectly with the bartack. I always had trouble over or undershooting the last leg and messed up the final bartack until I heard this tip.
