Pretty much, but apparently more like a maternity dress on me. :p

Pattern Description: The pattern is an interesting looking skirt with a symmetrical but uneven hem-line and a gathered waist.
Pattern Sizing:regular sizing. I made the equivalent of a size 18 or 20. I can't remember which.
