Pattern Description: This is a costume pattern for a southern belle. It has a scoop neck, puffed sleeves with elastic, and 4 tiers of ruffles! There are other views that look like a pirate girl, a spanish-style dress, and a view C - I'm not sure what it's supposed to be, lol.
