Pattern Description:
1. "Hip briefs" which are low-rise with elastic at the legs and waist.
2. "Trunks" which my son calls boxer briefs. These are short, fitted, stretchy boxers with hemmed legs and elastic waist.
3. "Thong" not much of this, all edges finished with elastic.

This book is subtitled "Tips on Choosing, Buying, and Refurbishing." It's a relatively short book, about 100 pages, with quite a lot of useful information. If you've been sewing for a while, a lot of it won't be new, but I found enough useful tips to more than justify the low price.
