I decided to make a petticoat to go under my Green Gingham Dress made from Simplicity 2444.
Using a Janome Ruffler Foot and a rolled hem foot on my sewing machine and my serger, I managed to make this petticoat from a beautiful, thrifted 100% Egyptian cotton sheet in about 2 hours.

Pattern Description: Misses' Project Runway pattern collection skirts with design and length variation. I'll add that you can make a full pleated skirt with pockets or a paperbag waist straight skirt.
Pattern Sizing: 4-12 or 12-20. I made the 16 but sized down to 14 or possibly 12 at the waist.
