BurdaStyle Magazine - 08-2009-124 Dress
Pattern Description: Funnel neck dress with center seam and horizontal dart across the approximate bust apex. Back is shaped with darts; closure is invisible zip. Fully lined.
Pattern Sizing: 36-42
I made a 42, which match my measurements.

McCall's - 5746 Dress with Interesting Darts
Pattern Description:
Knee length dress, seam at waist. Interesting double darts and center front seam in bodice, mirrored by 5 darts on the skirt. The back of the dress has similar darts and a regular zipper. Zipper stops about 1.5" from the neck seam. Bodice lined.

Vogue Patterns - 2945 Square Neck Top
Pattern Description:
Square neck cowl knit top with fully lined front and back neck finished with a band (cut on cross grain).

Pattern Sizing:
Sizing was terribly off - large - shockingly so from Burda. I actually omitted an entire panel from my version and perhaps could have gone smaller.
