Made size 7, ran a little wide.

Semi-bias cut knee-length skirt with fitted hip yoke and full skirt.
Pattern Sizing:
READ THE FINISHED MEASUREMENTS. I ended up modifying the pattern to make it my kind of size-18, instead of the European 44, which is supposed to translate into size-18, but didn't.

Pattern Sizing:
I used size 5, with a couple extra inches in the torso, because my family is all long-waisted. The pattern has two different extension points, based on where the wearer is long-waisted.

Use the finished measurements. I was surprised that the size 4 fit my 4-yo, as she is wearing a commercial size 6-7
