Pattern Description:
From BWOF – New Parisian chic presents a short, shaped blouse with a bib insert, tie-collar and puff sleeves. Inspired by the tuxedo shirt from the same issue I pintucked the bib and used the tuxedo shirt pattern 106 from the same issue for the collar and stand.
