6-14. I cut the 12, but I should have cut the 10. I noticed that it does not lie completely flat above the bust. It is minimal and does not make a huge difference.

Pattern Description: Girls dresses with sleeve and neckline variations
Pattern Sizing: 3-8 I cut the size 5 and lengthened it to the length of the size eight. For the overlay, I cut it 3 inches longer than the skirt.
