I have lost count how many times I've made this pattern. I've made it out of knit and added ribbing at the neckline, thus eliminating the back neck closure.

Super easy shirt--I edited the pattern because it had way too many pieces for this lazy sewer. I used the front piece, the back piece, and the sleeve. That's it. No pockets, no facings. Instead of facings I just made bias binding out of the same fabric.

I am so happy with how this shirt turned out for my daughter, but gathering the shirt to attach to the yoke was a nightmare. I just couldn't quite gather the shirt the exact amount needed to fit the yoke. If you zoom in on the photo you will see how uneven my gathers are....but I don't care, because...more... |
