I made the dress part of this pattern, in a size 12. I used the finished measurements and guessed at how much ease I wanted. I could probably go a size smaller, as the pattern has a lot of ease in the torso area and I have small shoulders.

Misses 6-20. I used a size 14 I think, just went by the finished garment measurements and it worked out great.
