| Sewing Tip | 12/10/12 5:11 PM | Infinity Scarf Construction Tip Pin small safety pins on the right side of the fabric where you are leaving the opening for turning. The safety pins, one on each side of the opening, will help you find the opening by touch after you have stitched the long, spiral seams.

| Pattern Review | 5/31/12 11:22 AM | Butterick - 5466 Misses' Skirt and Belt Pattern Description: Nicely shaped skirt with 4 front darts and 4 back darts. I made View A, no waist band.
Pattern Sizing: Made size 18 graded to a 20 in the waist. Used my Sure Fit Design skirt sloper to help with the sizing.

| Sewing Tip | 5/7/12 9:07 PM | Use Foam Board for Tracing Surface I trace my patterns and until recently did so by taping the pattern to a patio glass door, then taping tracing paper over the pattern. Recently I’ve found that if I trace from a table top, I am more accurate, and comfortable. But my AHA! moment came when I stab pinned the pattern and tracing paper...more... |
