Pattern Description: Below waist pants in two lengths have contour waistband, front buttons or hooks and eyes and front zipper closure; pants A is above ankles; pants B have belt carriers; pants C have side slits; pants D and E have cuffs.

I usually line all my skirts because I find they fit more smoothly when I do. However, I've never managed to get the lining and the zip to work together nicely.
