Pattern Description:
Misses top with attached tie sash. I did View D with the ruffle sleeve caps.
Pattern Sizing:
I cut a size 20, but as usual had to take it in.

Pattern Sizing:
14-16-18-20. I cut a size 20, but had to make fit adjustments at the end.
