3-8 - I made a size 4 with added torso length due to my daughter's height. She is terribly skinny with really, really long legs, typically wearing a 6 in RTW.

I purchased fabric from this vendor at the Novi Sewing Expo this year, and then pursued their website.

This dress is so easy - two pattern pieces. I made option b - the one with a higher neckline and cutaway shoulders.
