I love the speed control...first and foremost. I also have a Pfaff 4852 which is similar, but is not computerized nor does it have the speed control.

This machine is a great sewing machine, not to mention embroidery machine.
I upgraded the machine to the V3.0 which allows you to use magnetic hoops to do quilting designs. This makes it so easy to move the hoop to continuously do a border design.
