This is definitely a skirt that I recommend. If you're anything short of an expert, maybe try using a folded over knit fabric instead of elastic. I think I would next time just for ease of stretching and attaching the skirt.

Tops have boat neckline finished with self fabric binding and right side is longer. View A has dolman sleeves and right side seam is gathered with drawstrings in casings. View B has cap sleeves and draping on right side.

Made according to measurements on envelope. Risky, but it worked.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
