Recycling bobbin thread, explained better I hope!
Part One: When I run out of empty bobbins, instead of throwing away the left over thread at the end of a bobbin when I need to use a new color, I am now winding the left over couple of yards of thread off of this bobbin onto an extra old bobbin from an old machine. Saving bobbin thread.
That is it- that is the tip! I finally started to wind from bobbin to bobbin. I take the thread off of the bobbin I need when I am out of empty ones and wind it right on the bobbin winder to another bobbin from an old machine. Then I just layer them as I add more.
