Pattern Sizing: I usually sew a 12 with upper waist length modifications. This pattern did not allow for alteration; the 12 sewed up fine for me.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes. The armholes are fairly deep as the picture shows.

The top of this is an older Vogue pattern (year: 2005) that I combined the bottom of another one -- McCall's 4643 (1989 yikes!)
