Pattern Description:
A toddler's Girl Summer top/dress. I saw pics of similar tops on the internet and thought: I can make that! So I did. Just tore some fabric in a rectangle added some elastic, some ties, a button and hemmed it up.
TA DA!!! My Sissy Mae has some new clothes!!!
