Vogue Patterns - 9038
Pattern Description: Very loose-fitting cape. There are 3 versions. A is Lined, B has a draped front and trim, C is unlined. This is the second review I have done on this pattern. It can be worn as a dress or a tunic by buttoning the hem up inside to different levels.
