The book is japanese, so frilled one piece is all you get
Pattern Sizing:
9,11,13 there is a detailed measurement chart, but I'd say these broadly equate to 10,12,14

Pattern Description:
You don't really get one as it is japanese, a simple smock top with butterfly sleeves
Pattern Sizing:
The patterns come in 4 sizes 7,9,11,13. I made a 9 and there was plenty of room
