I used this bra pattern in size 75E for one of my maternity lingerie sets:

(The panties pattern is sewy "Lea".)
Pattern Description: ladies' maternity bra with fold-down cups for nursing mothers

Pattern Description: hipster panties for lace and/or microfiber with min. 20% spandex
Pattern Sizing: european sizes 32 - 44 (85 cm to 108 cm hip measurement)
