Pattern Description: Misses' Dress, Tunic or Top and Skirt (from envelope) I made the skirt and the top.
Pattern Sizing: Size H5 (6, 8, 10, 12, 14). Top: I made a size 12, no changes. Skirt: I made a 12 with an adjustment for my waist.

This pattern for 3 shirt dresses is from the Lisette collection from Simplicity.
I chose to make View A in a 14 without any size alterations. I did wind up taking about 2 inches off the bottom hem.
