Pattern Description:
Very loose-fitting jackets in three lengths, have princess seams, front and back yokes, slightly forward shoulder, buttoned fronts and topstitch trim.
Pattern Sizing:
Sizes 6-22

Pattern Description:
Pullover tops and dresses have elasticized neck/raised (seamed) waist, and narrow hem ( I made the strapless plain dress)
Pattern Sizing:
Misses 8-16 Womens 18W-24W
I made size 22W

I purchased a self healing cutting mat, scissors and rulers at a drafting supply store. The mat was on sale for less than $10 for a 18" x 24" size and extra long scissors for about $5 that I use for fabric cutting.
Just a thought to check out other options.
