Pattern Description: A shirt, one view with front tucks and pleated ribbon trim; another with lace trim with gathered sleeves and sleeve bands; and the last with pre-gathered eyelet trim. All views have buttoned front closures. I chose the last view with eyelet trim and chose an eyelet fabric.
