Pattern Description: Toiletry bag, make-up bag, and coin purse.
Pattern Sizing: Large, medium, and small. I made the small size that is called the coin purse.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes it did.

Pattern Description: There was no pattern description, but the picture of the totebag and its title were self-explanatory. It is a two- sided tote. One side is quilted with squares of fabric and the other is quilted with one large piece of fabric.

Update: I've sewn another one of these pillows for a November bride. I've made slight changes to the construction. Also, I've seen similar pillows selling for a lot more.
