I copied this method from a purchased skirt. Both it and my version [1]were polyester chiffon, with slightly denser linings, cut on the bias. It should work with any LINED skirt (or pants) meant to be pulled on. There is no ...more... |

My last entry for the recycling contest used this New Look pattern to make a sleeveless shell top out of an old blouse from my mother's closet. It can't have looked as dumpy on her as it did on my dummy, but it was pretty charmless.
