I bought this machine lightly used from Atlas Levy in Downtown LA. We wanted to buy a new one but it would have taken a week for the order to come in so we just bought the used one. It was about $800 cheaper and came with the same warranty so it worked out for us.

It is a very simple, beautiful, heavy duty machine. It's about 3/4 the size of my Singer 27, which is hardly noticeable. It does perfect straight stitches but the best part is that it sews through 8 layers of denim without issue. I work mostly in heavyweigh...more... |

What is this notion used for?It was made for cutting smaller detailed pieces in fabric, but I don't utilize it for fabric.
