Pattern Description:
The basic hat pattern is one I found by searching for "fleece hat with flaps" on google. The drafting of the googles and 'pocket' are my own.
Pattern Sizing:
Pattern ranges from Child size to Adult extra large. You do need to add seam allowances.

I rarely sew tulle or netting. So those that do this regularly may find this 'tip' merely restates the obvious.
I will add these notes for those, who like me, rarely work with this material. Particular difficult was working with a fine stretch tulle.
