Join us on Wednesday, September 1st, at 9 PM EST for a chat with Trudy Hanson of HotPatterns.com on "Chat with the HotPatterns Designer".
Trudy Hanson is the designer and co-founder of HotPatterns.com. Prior to launching HotPatterns, she worked as a designer and pattern drafter for her eponymous bridal wear company, as well as some of the top fashion companies in Europe. Like many sewists, Trudy caught the sewing bug in her teens, when she realized that, with the right pattern and fabric and a few hours’ work, she could have whatever clothing she liked.
In 2004, Trudy moved with her husband and son to sunny Sarasota, Florida, to start their USA adventures. An additional baby and lots of hard work later, HotPatterns.com celebrates five years of fabulous sewing patterns this September.
The chat is open to all Friends of PR members. Chat instructions will be posted on the PR home page on Wednesday morning.
