Its almost end of the year and I know you are anxious to find out which patterns made it to the Best Patterns of 2008 list. But this year we're going to do things a little differently. Below is a collage of patterns which made it to the top 20 based on the reviews and the ratings. However to make it to the Top 10 list, they need your VOTES!
