Pattern Sizing: Multisized Hip 34-42 inches; I cut the medium.

Yes exactly.
The instructions were incredibly easy.
I like the full length skirt and the easy construction.
I did have to keep in mind the 3/8 inch seam allowance though!
I used a dark brown moleskin/sueded fabric
