Recommend, with Modifications
Bought this pattern for the placket/collar combo. Used Butterick top pattern by Connie crawford in a sportswear combo pattern( top, jacket, pants) which has a looser fit as the torso template. Works great!

Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: Polo shirt with optional contrasting collar and placket and two sleeve length choices.
Pattern Sizing: Teensy to big- that's small children up through the plus sizes for adults. I made a size V.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done

Gently fitted polo shirt. Cap sleeve and 3/4 sleeve.
Pattern Sizing:
27 sizes, girls (2 US/92 Euro) to women's 22 US/52 Euro). I made a size V (9 US/30 Euro)

Edited to show a new version of this polo shirt.
This time I made this shirt with long sleeves, made the placket a little longer and added buttons.
For the placket I used a fusible interfacing on the wrong side of the front, instead of the temporary adhesive tape that is recommended in the instruc
