Edited to add:
I made a second one of these tops, since the first one went to my mother-in-law. I went down a few sizes above the bust, which helped with the too-high back neckline and helped a little on the too-long shoulder seams. I think I still need to take the shoulder seams in a little more

Recommend, with Modifications
Bought this pattern for the placket/collar combo. Used Butterick top pattern by Connie crawford in a sportswear combo pattern( top, jacket, pants) which has a looser fit as the torso template. Works great!

Pattern Description: Polo shirt with optional contrasting collar and placket and two sleeve length choices.
Pattern Sizing: Teensy to big- that's small children up through the plus sizes for adults. I made a size V.
