Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description:
Girls Lizzie McGuire shrugs, capelets, scarf and hat. I made view B, short sleeve shrug for fleece fabrics.
Pattern Sizing:
Pattern starts as low as girls size 2 up to size 14/16. I made the 14/16 in length and the 10/12 in width.
