Highly Recommend
I've made only the skirt, and modified it slightly (to my mind, maybe a lot in yours!)
Firstly, I wanted a more A-line skirt, so I used the skirt front piece from Butterick 6330, plus 1.5cm to the length. The fit of 6330 is the same from waist to hip (but without darts) and a-line from hip to hem.
